Approximately 1 in 100 Americans have Celiac Disease, which means their bodies can't digest gluten, a protein found in wheat, rye and barley*. Our Gluten-Free baked goods are made with rice, corn, potato, tapioca flours and starches, and alternative grains like quinoa, millet and amaranth.

Each of our Gluten-Free products is certified by the Gluten Free Certification Organization (www.gfco.org), a program of the Gluten Intolerance Group® and is periodically tested by an independent laboratory to verify our allergen claims.
