"One Minneapolis-based bakery is doing everything in its power to return bread to the top of the food chain by manufacturing and marketing functional breads that are chock full of healthful ingredients."

"I have sent thousands of people to the store to buy the Men's Bread, Women's Bread, and the Hemp Bread as it is the only bread I can be assured, that if they make a sandwich or make French toast, they will not throw off their insulin balance. Besides which, it tastes great!"

"Sometimes a person starts a business because of a need, sometimes for passion or sometimes it's to make a difference. Twenty years ago, Lynn Gordon started a business that embraced all of these qualities. Little did she know that she was shaping the future of bread... the bread industry and the American people are better off for it."
Franco Harris
NFL Hall of Fame, Pittsburgh Steelers
President, Super Bakery
"Lynn's breads are healing foods for the obese, the diabetics, cardiovascular patients, perimenopausal and menopausal women, men concerned about prostate health, and those simply wanting a high fiber, delicious slice of bread that is organic, kosher, and suitable for vegetarians and vegans."

"Why the reverence for French Meadow? Mainly because French Meadow has led, articulated, and demonstrated everything right and good about food in America in the last several decades: championing organics before there really was such a thing (and certainly before there was popular awareness of the issues around organics); promoting sustainable agriculture; making and serving slow foods; and generally providing a tasty little oasis of thoughtful and healthy living since the dawn of time. Or 1985, more specifically."

I'm really not in the habit of writing to companies to tell them how much I like their products...maybe because I haven't found any that I was very enthusiastic about. But several months ago I decided to change my diet; reduced if not eliminated white flour and sugar products. I was searching for a healthy bread in my neighborhood health food store and discovered your Women's Bread and Men's Bread, and they have since become one of my new food staples. Especially the Men's Bread! As a result, I've lost weight and inches, increased my energy and, I believe, improved my overall health. Your products are one of the reasons why I was able to make this transformation. When someone notices my weight loss, the first question I'm asked is how I did it. I tell them I changed my diet dramatically. And when they ask me how, you can be sure your products are mentioned. In fact, I'm sure some people think I have stock in your company(I don't)!

“I am a ‘devotee.’ Just last weekend, the store in town was out of the sunflower and flaxseed bread and I wound up buying the sourdough rye, which took its place very nicely. I am grateful that you are making your bread available in stores all over the United States because I travel so much.”
